Replaces Briala's mask with an entirely new one. Also, optional dress retexture

Briala's mask is described as having been made specially by elven artisans for her use--and its in-game model is just the regular mask the Inquisitor can wear. It famously clips through her hair and ears, and it's just kind of ugly. Nothing about it says "first time an elf has ever been invited as a guest of honor to a grand orlesian ball by the empress of the entire country"
So after I saw DarjaDrem's fantastic Celene mask mod, I was inspired to make her a new one. It's gold, and shaped like the face and horns of a halla. This is both fancy and unmistakably elfy. Sure, she's not dalish, but the dales are in orlais and halla are one of the most recognizably elven symbols. Plus, it rounds out the animal theme with Florianne (butterfly) and Celene (lioness)
Mechanically, this replaces the mesh of the specific mask model Briala uses, as well as the textures used by all of the female masks. My texture edit leaves the actual mask part of the texture alone so it doesn't affect Celene and Florianne, but if you equip one of the Inquisitor's masks the bun part will be solid golden. For that reason, it's compatible with mods that give masks to the advisors, but it's only compatible with the mod that gives Vivienne a mask if it's the version that gives her the same no-bun kind that Celene and Florianne have
It's also not compatible with any mods that just remove the bun part from Briala's mask--they edit the same mesh, and they're pointless to use together anyway
However, if you're playing a female Lavellan, you can equip the Ambassador's Mask (or Coquin Mask) and it should appear like Briala's, as they're the same mesh
The mask doesn't clip with Tight Curls (as shown) and probably doesn't clip with the vanilla bun mesh, but anything with prominent bangs will clip
None of this affects the male masks at all
The bonus file is a recolor of DaedricSaber1701's Royal Retextures Briala dress in blue instead of green, inspired by Dalishious' retexture. It's optional, but it'll match the mask very nicely
