Follow mod: reworked conditions, now it should dismiss less often.
Three versions: 1. simply changes the time (default 30 seconds) 2. dismiss only at a far distance from the player 3. makes the mount follow the player (at a distant distance) and run away from enemies in combat. Dismiss only when take damage or can't reach the player (far distance/inaccessible place)
