By default, when loot drops, it checks if there is a pathway between the player and the killed creature, if the pathway is not found, loot appears next to the player. This is necessary so that the player does not lose important (quest) loot. But this check is mostly false positive. This mod replaces this behavior by simple checking if there is a clean position around the enemy for loot drop, if not, then loot appears next to the player. There is a small risk that you could lose important loot, the enemy might fall off a cliff and there will be a position for loot, but you can't get there, so make sure you have saves to load.
Alternative version just remove first check, so loot always drops at the player position.
