About this mod
This mod will remove the Toggle option from every skill upgrade. Instead each upgrade will be available as a separate upgrade. Choosing between upgrades is no longer required.

I have run across this problem when working on the following mod: "Alternative skill tree availability for companions". It can be frustrating to have to choose between skill upgrades, except in the Inquisitor skill tree.
So I have created this mod to make all skill upgrades available for activation, without having to choose between them.
The only downside is that you would have to spend 2 skill points instead of 1 (one point for each upgrade).
Every skill tree except the Inquisitor skill tree was modified in order to change upgrades between toggle-able and what you get in the Inquisitor skill tree.
As such this will overwrite the content for all the skill trees, but will not overwrite and particular skill or what skill tree is available to any character. This mod and other mods that modify the content of skill trees will probably overwrite each other.
The file is of type .daimod but should also work with Frosty.
A FROSTY Mod Manager file has also been added.
A No Pre-requisites version was added for both DAIMOD and FROSTY.

Unfortunately the upgrades were not made to be compatible with one another. Currently the following items have been identified as incompatible. Thank you very much to the users who have tested and identified these items. More details can be found in the POSTS section where the users posted their findings. Please note that the list is not complete at the moment.

Update: added optional file version that restores the skill upgrades from the article (18 in total) to Toggle-able (FROSTY only so far).
Bonus: also found 4 additional upgrades that are no longer used in the game and added them (barrier, backstab, whirlwind, throwing daggers).
File name contains: No Toggle Partial
