Recolor of the Dragon-Rage and Devour ability to a white-blue hue.

After a long afternoon digging through Frosty I was able to figure out how to recolor abilities. This took longer than I expected but I was at least able to get it to work!
Dragon-Rage and Devour have been recolored. Ring of Pain hasn't been changed as it gave me far more trouble than the other two abilities since I could not for the life of me figure out how to recolor the ground effects applied by it. I may go back and work on them later or even post a red and white blood in the snow version of it.
For Frosty Mod Manager
Not heavily tested, but I haven't ran into any problems so far. Let me know if you have a question!
