Hi again, quick question. If I need to get this working with another mod like the "All Crafting Materials Elevated Stats" mod. Do I have to put your mod before or after that mod?

The bad news is... They edit the same files.
Good news! The newest version of SvMetals allows you change stats. Sort of - I've had a nightmare with those double stats (Str AND Con both have higher stats and I'm struggling to change them - I am going to be trying a complete rework of the system for stats next week).
Bad news! The leather/cloth one doesn't.
It's the proverbial emotional rollercoaster! I hope you're having as much fun as I am.

As a modder I'm going to give you the tech. It works the same as the armours. Both mods disable all of the assets that are in them, except for the asset the user chooses.

TLR Mine has to go last.

(If you merge twice the cloth/leather one is probably going to blow up modmanager - the metal one *might* not, I changed some code regarding how that works, so I'll be going over some a LOT of old mods trying to implement something similar).

I understand.. I assumed this mod is just simply replacing the texture reference to use for the materials that was in-game. So theoretically if the All Crafting Materials Elevated Stats mod changed the stats of the materials, merging your mod after it would just replace the textures references without changing any of the stats.

But it's okay, I think I can live with the slightly underpowered stats. I am changing all Tier 4 materials using this mod anyway. Besides, your other mod that changes the materials needed for the armor schematics allow me to put 99 at every slot.. So I'm still going to be OP anyway, albeit slightly an underpowered OP that I'm used to.

But thanks for the reply, I hope you can get things working on your end. Awesome work btw. I love all your configurable mods.

Yes, I'm hoping for a quick-ish fix for Live Like Whomever next. Then back to the metals.

Enjoy being "underpowered OP"... whatever that is

I won't be doing any more work on metals in this experiments project.. I've released them as a separate mod here:
