So, after a lot of testing... I've discovered that if you wait to apply the race-altering versions of this mod until after you've created your character, you won't have the camera issues. The race-specific cameras seem to be set during character creation.
Ie, if you want an elven Tal-Vashoth, make an elf, and then wait until after your first save to apply the mod. You'll still have elven cameras for cutscenes instead of the Qunari ones that way.
Same goes for the Flipped Pronouns mod. The difference between the gendered cameras is of course more subtle than the race-dependent cameras, but just an fyi.
(Edit: Oh, but that does leave both plotflags on, so... nevermind.)
Wouldn't the kissing scenes still be hilariously stupid though? Like Solas kissing your boobs or Cullen your neck? bc as funny as that is it really takes you right out of the immersion.
Be careful when using the class-changing mods! It will prevent you from learning any class specialisations... I installed the rogue to mage mod and when you begin learning specs, mage trainers will appear and you will be unable to finish the quests. That said, there is no way to make the rogue trainer appear. Furthermore, installing mods that give you all the specs, etc, does not work. You've been warned.
This is great thank you. I just can't make humans as pretty as my elves and after 600 game hours I'm getting a bit tired of the "your an elf" bombardment.
First: I love the idea and creativity of this mod!
Unfortuntately I have to report a strange issue with this mod not knowing if it is happened by my own fault.
I want to play as a human elf wearing Isabella's armor. I did not recognize, that not only the background story is changed but also the restriction of armor according to the race. I could wear elves armor only. So I delete the mod after the first save point of the game, but the human elf remains.
Not worried about it I start a new game without the mod. Now it becomes strange - I get a human head and an elf's body not fitting each other. Big Head small body. Next I have emptied the download cache at steam and repaired the game, the effect still remains.
As mentioned above I do not know if I have done something wrong or it is an issue of the mod using Frosty.
I could solve this issue with a completely new profile of frosty only.

Can I take the Solas romance through Trespasser all the way through this?
