That's a good mod, thank you! Oh, I wish there was a classic golden-black banner, but with that lilac eye from the middle of Amethyst Faction Banner! My Trevelyan has such lilac eyes, it would be a cool coincidence, like the Inquisition with banners based on its leader's eyes
Unfortunately, many mods, including this one, don't work in the DLCs. I have no idea why, and I'm not sure anyone does. It should work everywhere else in the game.
You know if it's only the uniforms.daimod the one which is crashing Jaws of Hakkon? if so I can leave the soldiers with the original colors and keep my blue castle decoration, I'm gonna try that.
Good to know because I don't mind the original soldier uniform colors, tbh. I just liked having reasonably matching heraldry. Although I'm kind of hoping that if Dreadwolf does anything similar, they allow a bit more customization for player faction appearance. One can dream ...
A late response but for anyone wondering, I am using the Amethyst daimods in Frosty with no issue. There is slight glitching for a couple of seconds when approaching the textures from a distance but they do render correctly and look great.
I was having some issues with kaleidoscope glitching with the daimod format of the green version, so I went ahead and converted it to frosty. So far I've only used it myself, but would you mind if I posted it on here for everyone else? I did the the entire emerald recolor. It's totally fine if you'd rather I didn't post it. Either way, I love the new look - so much better!
I hope this mod will be made compatible for all story DLCs. DLCs (Jaws of Hakkon, The Descent, Trespasser) If there is already a compatible version that I haven't found, please let me know.
I'm not currently working on them, but I won't say never because I may go back to them someday. Is there one you'd want more than the other? Maybe if I have time I'll see what I can do.
Thank you for this mod. It has so much work put into it and it makes such a difference. Everything in Inquisition is that ugly "Fade Green". I'm glad to have variety. Just came to grab another version for new character. Awesome work
Would this possibly cause a conflict with Svarty's Configurable Armors? It seems after I purchase the recipe, and try to go into crafting, all my companions are locked into viewing whatever they have currently on, and the game freezes a few seconds later after running around Haven. Not sure what is causing this, so trying to figure it out.
The only armor that this touches is the Inquisition soldier armor textures. It shouldn't affect crafting or schematics at all, and I don't think Svarty's mods touch textures. However, I personally have run into a very similar problem when I just have too many mods running at once, so maybe that's the cause?
Maybe I am running to many mods, and that is the issue.
I disabled these sadly, and the game still had a few hang ups, but not an endless one. I will try disabling a few others and see what happens, because I really want this one back.
