Been a while, but IIRC Necro already has the Death Siphon passive, Reaver has a similar passive to Rampage and I wanted to give Bull some survivability.
Just wondering: would you consider putting up a sample guide to passive/ability modification for modders? I've managed to hack together what I want, but it'd be great to properly understand what was going on. (There were a couple of changes at the end of the abilitydata EBX that I just copied blindly on the basis of *this* mod, and while it works... that's not exactly best practice.)
I absolutely love this mod. I have one question, though; why doesn't the Inquisitor get anything? It feels a little odd to have all the followers gain a special passive while the Inquisitor is... "Bare-faced" heh.
This mod is awesome and makes me very happy while playing. The companions are all special and this gives them that little extra that just makes the whole immersion better for me. Would you consider adding something for Cassandra? Because it feels just a little off that she has the same extra as all the mages, but nothing else. I love the mod either way though, this is one of my favourite mods for the game!!
I'm really happy to have found this mod because it is AWESOME. Just one issue. When attempting to merge it I do get a notice that da3/party/general/passive/party_general_dorian_passive_ability data not found. That's the only companion that appears to be having an issue in the merge. Aside from that so far the mod works great, and I'm enjoying it plenty
I was afraid this was going to clash with some of the difficulty/enemy adjustment mods I was using (heartbreaker) but it works just fine! One adjustment I would make is maybe adding to Cassandra's passive since you gave the same immunity to all the mages and I figure Cassandra would be a bit stronger. It would be cool to tie in with the whole unique seeker's abilities to set the lyrium in both mages/templars on fire. I kinda like how the mage inquisitor can't have the same passive as companions, or any passive at all, because I like to believe that starting out the Inquisitor is outclassed experience/skill wise by all the other companions.
Edit: Forgot the most important part! This mod is easily on my top ten of dai mods because of how creative it is, it really adds to the characters and should def be a da4 feature. You might not get that many downloads rn since the game has been released for a while but you should def make more mods like this one
I admit I did have some trouble thinking of something for Cassandra. Fear/Sleep immunity was to reflect her Seeker training, and Fear/Sleep immunity on the mages was due to enemy mages having Fear/Sleep immunity (another thing I could do is just remove Fear/Sleep immunity on enemy mages). Also I wanted to have an optional file so the Inquisitor could have the same immunity as mages but it hasn't worked for a reason I haven't been able to figure out yet.

Anyone know what the problem/fix is?
