Welcome to
Ravenberg's Rare Wares.

This shop will have many different rare weapons with all sorts of different abilities. It will be interesting!

I shall be updating this mod every now and then with new equipment, keep checking.

Here are my current list of wares: :) (1 existing).

Sword of Charris Allied
Grip upgradeable

"I knew a warrior once that wielded this blade. When the fights got bloodier, he always seemed to gain the upper hand, how could that be? His strikes became much quicker, as if touched by death."

"One day I tested this out with a belt of mine that I had, which is also imbued with some type of magic that boosts your attack speed in the same way that this sword does. Holy Bronto, I felt electricity in my bones, I could almost feel heaven whispering in my ears. Safe to say, after that, I never tried it again."

  • [Primary] 20 Metal
  • [Offense] 10 Metal
  • [Offense] 5 Cloth
  • [Offense] 15 Leather
  • [Masterwork] 1 Masterwork
  • [Passive Ability] The wearer of this (pretend "Sword") gains a large boost to attack speed when below 50% health.
  • +10 Offense Metal from Grip.

Replaces the Wide-Blade Sword schematic in the Black Emporium. *REQUIRES THE Red Lyrium Reapers Weapons Pack DLC* If people don't have this DLC, I can, if requested (if there are many), change the appearance and name for something else. If you don't have the DLC you can just disable this file in the mod manager.

06 SEPT Changelog:
  • 5 Leather to 5 Cloth.

Pirate Captain Cutlass
Grip upgradeable

Recovered near the dunes of an old beach, it said to have belonged to a Pirate King. Some say his name was Guybrush Creepwood, some say his name was Morven 'Rum Lover' Antone, while others say his name was Ethelwulf 'Snitch' Fisc. The cutlass appears to carry some initials on the hilt, but it's too hard to make out what the scribbles say. There is a faint singing-rhythm or noise coming from the blade.... ♫ Yo-Ho Yo-Ho a Pirate's life at sea....... ♫
  • [Primary] 20 Metal
  • [Offense] 6 Metal
  • [Offense] 8 Cloth
  • [Offense] 16 Leather
  • [Masterwork] 1 Masterwork
  • [Passive Ability] On hit: chance to sing an offensive buff for allies within 8 meters.
  • +10 Offense Metal from Grip.

Replaces Thrusting Longsword - available in the Black Emporium, if not, then the Schematics Merchant in Val Royeaux Summer Bazaar.

06 SEPT Changelog:
  • 8 Leather to 8 Cloth.
  • Primary to 20.

Templar Shield *UPDATED*
"Knight-Commander Guylian used this in battle. Somehow it made its way here."

  • [Primary] 8 Metal
  • [Defense] 5 Cloth
  • [Defense] 12 Metal
  • [Masterwork] 1 Masterwork
  • [Passive Ability] 10% Chance to cast Mind Blast on a hit.

06 SEPT Changelog:
  • Changed Guardian Spirit to Mind Blast.

Templar's First (
existing)

"What is this?"..... The man looked at the sword. "It's a sword from the Blessed Age, a rare one. It belonged to an elven Knight-Commander. Said to have been imbued with elven magic, though these were only rumors. You know how the folks were at that time, forbidding the use of magic."

Because of its design it has a sharper feel to it, opponents seem easier to fall under this blade. Your moves become almost more gracious.

  • [Primary] 21 Metal
  • [Offense] 7 Metal
  • [Offense] 10 Leather
  • [Offense] 16 Metal
  • [Masterwork] 1 Masterwork
  • [Passive Ability] +10% extra damage for each enemy within 8 meters.

Replaces Dwarven Longsword, also available in the Black Emporium.

Snake Blade *NEW*

"You can't really do much with such a blade. I mean, how do you strike? Of course, .... you can thrust, but... yeah... that's about it. The usage of this blade remains limited. No one has ever been seen using it.... I should just throw it away.... Although.... the tip does seem to be bloodied... I wonder how..?" The man mumbled to himself..

This peculiar blade has limited usage but grants you stealth if you're passive during combat.

  • [Primary] 9 Metal
  • [Offense] 5 Metal
  • [Offense] 2 Leather
  • [Offense] 2 Metal
  • [Masterwork] 1 Masterwork
  • [Passive Ability] Enter stealth when not attacking during combat

Replaces Wave Blade, so make sure you've done the The Name of Our Enemy wartable operation.

Crescent Slicer *NEW-updated*
"This blade was crafted during the first lunar stage. In this timeframe, there is heightened activity between our physical world and the fade.  A weapon crafted during this time might catch something onto it, or two.... if you manage to hammer the dagger into shape in 108 strikes, in a flowful manner. Though it could be dangerous, but has always proven useful. Make sure you're bearing good thoughts so as to not draw in anything unwanted." - From a Master Blacksmith's handbook in a remote Hinterlands hut, found along with the dagger.

This dagger seems to be imbued with some type of odd enhancement. After research it has been concluded that the weapon seems to fire two projectiles every now and then. They hit pretty hard.

  • [Primary] 13 Metal (AOE)
  • [Offense] 7 Metal
  • [Offense] 3 Leather
  • [Offense] 3 Metal
  • [Masterwork] 1 Masterwork
  • [Passive Ability] Crescent Blade

Replaces the Dual-Spike Blade schematic found in the Black Emporium.

05 SEPT Changelog:
  • Increased [Primary] Metal from 12 to 13.

Ruthless Dagger *NEW-updated*
Grip upgradeable

This dagger was found on the withered corpse of the infamed assassin Duke "Twofinger" Dubont on a roadside mound in the Exalted Plains along with other unnamed bodies. They say he had racked up to a thousand kills with this instrument of death. He carried a small note with him describing the name of his next target and the location. Reason of his death is unknown.

This dagger is for cowards. Make sure you're behind the target while employing the use of this blade. You might run away if you're facing your enemy.

  • [Primary] 11 Metal (AOE)
  • [Offense] 6 Metal
  • [Offense] 3 Cloth
  • [Offense] 3 Metal
  • [Masterwork] 1 Masterwork
  • [Passive Ability] Cowardice: all attacks deal +500% from behind the target but only 10% damage from the front
  • +10 Offense Leather from Grip.

Replaces the Sacrificial dagger schematic found in the Black Emporium/Val Royeaux Summer Bazaar.

06 SEPT Changelog:
  • 3 Leather to 3 Cloth
05 SEPT Changelog:
  • Increased [Primary] Metal from 10 to 11.

Arishok Battleaxe *NEW-updated*

"This greataxe belonged to one arishok called "the Mad Ox", t'was was one of his many weapons. I don't know how it got here.... after the events of Kirkwall most likely."

After a killing blow you feel the rush of adrenaline.
  • [Primary] 25 Metal
  • [Offense] 24 Metal
  • [Offense] 21 Leather
  • [Utility] 7 Metal
  • [Masterwork] 1 Masterwork
  • [Passive Ability] Rampage: on kill, movement and attack speed increases by 10% for 30 seconds. Stacks up to 5 times.

This axe has been given the respective amount of offense/util slots (+ a minus of 2) to compensate for the lack of a haft and pommel. It has a total of 6 less in offense/util slots combined (2 in each), but 1 more in Primary, in comparison with a fully upgraded Axe of the Dragon Hunter. With the passive ability, I feel it's a fair trade-off.

This replaces the Jagged Battleaxe schematic otherwise available from the Black Emporium or Val Royeaux Summer Bazaar.

05 SEPT Changelog:
  •  Changed passive from Leap Attack to Rampage.

Blade of Tuhna Allied *NEW*

Same as Sword of Charris but a dagger. This'll make you quick like lightning when death is near. If used combined with a same type of belt, you'll never want to touch this again.

  • [Primary] 13 Metal
  • [Offense] 7 Metal
  • [Offense] 3 Metal
  • [Offense] 3 Leather
  • [Masterwork] 1 Masterwork
  • [Passive Ability] The wearer of this (pretend "Dagger") gains a large boost to attack speed when below 50% health.
