i made this simply cause i got bored so i thought i would share it,

IMPORTANT NOTES-
this mod was designed around jerrybullet's sigils tweaked mod(no penalties version) found here -
http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/1464/?  as its NEEDED for this mod to work
ALSO ALL DLC.

installation instructions-put my mod first then sigils tweaked mod in list and make sure you DO NOT have
any mods that change the ring of doubt,kitty's collar amulet or the hand that cuts ring(nexus set ring),

FOR STATS LOOK AT IMAGES SECTION,THE CLASS RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REMOVED SO ANYONE CAN WEAR THEM,
ALSO THE NEGATIVE STATS DONT APPLY DUE TO SIGILS TWEAKED MOD SO IGNORE THEM(BIG THANK YOU TO JERRYBULLET FOR
CREATING HIS AWESOME MODS), THERES AN OPTIONAL SHOP(FERELDEN CROSSROADS)FILE IN RAR WITH 999 OF EACH IN STOCK FOR
