Description
Reduces all sigil penalties by 50% or 100%. Frustratingly, because of the way text is handled in the game, I cannot customize item descriptions. This means that Sigil of the Bronto, for example, will still say "-100% Maximum Barrier," even though that is clearly not the case.

A: There are some key difference between this mod and that one. For instance, my mod doesn't touch the positive sigil effects in any way. I believe they're quite balanced as they are, and I don't think they were designed to be complete game-changers, but more like a different kind of rune. Their penalties, unfortunately, are simply too harsh. Reducing them to half, I feel, gives players some actual choices to work with.
