This was mainly a personal mod, an attempt to see what would happen if I edited the spec map so it did not call for the entire dress to shine like metal. I quite liked the effect, and so am sharing it. At the same time, I also fixed some of the gold studs at the bottom of her dress that weren't perfectly circular like the others, and edited the reflection on the darker blue on the sides of her dress, in vanilla these are inverted and thus cancel out the beautiful pattern almost completely.
Unfortunately since I also edited the diffuse, this is incompatible with mods that retexture her dress, however I am open to trying to make compatibility patches if the authors are willing.
other than that, usual install via Mod Manager. Enjoy~
