Replaces the default eye texture with another from the game files.

This mod was originally for personal use, but I figured others may like it. This takes the "dark" eye texture from the game, brightens it up a little, and replaces the default texture with it. For it, I made new tint maps for the inner and outer iris, defining them much more.
