UPDATE!

I've created a template workbook to reduce the number of mathematical and copy/paste errors. New features:
  • Each crafting material has its own page
  • The overview page is linked to the individual crafting material pages so the user no longer has to copy/paste info between pages (HTML color code, RGB values, float calculations).
  • Calculates float values from RGB info. Sadly, I have not yet found a formula to convert float to hex, so that must be done manually.
  • Hexadecimal conversion is still manual, but the spreadsheet will convert the endianness so you don't have to
  • Each page lists the relevant offsets for each crafting material to save users from having to look them up each time.
  • Google Chrome has an Add-On called "Merge Values" that allows you to merge adjacent fields, but that must be installed separately by the Google Chrome user. Doing so allows users to merge the RGB hex values and avoids copy/paste errors. You can get that from the Add-On Store (it's free).

Get the new template HERE.

The sharing privileges are set to "Anyone with a link can view" (no edit privileges), naturally, but you can save a copy of it and do what you want to it.

Palette Library

And a little bit of a head start. Everybody needs a palette library. These are the spreadsheets from my Seasonal Palettes mod and my upcoming Palettes of Thedas mod, and I hope they will be useful to you as a starting point for your own mods. I have absolutely no objection if you use some of these values unaltered (nor do I require credit). I don't own the rainbow! Besides, you're here because you want to do new stuff. Use what you want and have fun!

(All I ask is that you forgive any incidental vulgarity. These were intended as working notes, and it shows. Sadly.)

Seasonal Palettes

Autumn
Winter
Winter 2
Summer
Spring

Palettes of Thedas
