If you have a lot of texture mods, you can get infinite loading. Try disabling a couple other texture mods, and then see if the changes work for Josie. If so, that's your problem.
I run this mod with a pretty heavily modded setup without issue.
i agree. the hairstyle looks awesome and much better than the vanilla one. i even like the decent colours for her dress. noble bit not too fancy. but its sooo hard to decide. there are some other good Josie mods, and every mod changes something i like. x)

So, this hair mod won't work during the trespasser cutscene stuff, correct? However, will her coloring remain? I'm wondering about the eye color change. it's one thing for Josie to switch up her hair and outfit for this or that scene, but will her face remain consistent? The design is beautiful imo :3
hey, it's a nice idea,actually. I worked a bit with Frosty editor for mass effect andromeda, so it is a possibility, yes. Not sure when,though,because I don't have much free time on my hands :(

Edit : Turns out, any mods that changes Jossie gives my game infinite loading. Okay.
