I was not familiar with this type of chess until I looked it up, but it makes perfect sense for the Commander to be playing it. :P

Interesting that they seem to be playing opposite sides of the board, though, since Cullen sits on the black side but to be winning would have to be playing as white.

And for really nerdy info: the Poseidon looking piece must be the king, which makes the gold winged bust in the back the queen; the two gold lions are knights; the three male busts are bishops; the tables are rooks. I'm assuming that the single tall black throne-ish piece is Dorian's king, nicely trapped by Cullen's king and rook.

    I'm glad to read that Cullen is better at Hexagonal Chess    than he was at cards.
