Gives the Isabela-restricted MotA dagger a unique overhaul, as well as fixing its missing soundset.

The Dagger of the Four Winds is a potential reward for completing the Mark of the Assassin Isabela-exclusive companion quest, Pirates and Their Curses. Unlike all other DLC companion quests though, Isabela can either take the dagger for herself or give up the dagger to gain three temporary allies.
In accordance with that choice:
The Dagger of the Four Winds now has a unique retexture including the titular gems of the Four Winds (which glow faintly) and a golden etching of a skull (which does not). Just to make selfishness a little more tempting, the dagger now levels up with Isabela and has four rune slots.
Additionally, I fixed the missing soundset in the dagger's data, so it now actually makes noise upon use like all other weapons in the game. The dagger now uses Item ID 469.
Option A uses the vanilla mesh.
Option B uses the reasonable daggers mesh.
