Simply a port of DAI's Praetorian armor (seen in Trespasser on Divine Victoria's guards), for Sebastian and/or Hawke.
The PC armor set is for M or F, and can be found in the Chantry. If it doesn't show up for some reason, or you want to console it in instead, use "runscript give_praet".
