Swaps out Bethany's outfit for the Inquisition version of the mesh

This swaps out Bethany's outfit for a very similar mesh in Inquisition's files. It has a different top and a fur collar but is otherwise exactly the same as the original outfit. This has 2k textures.
It covers both human Bethany, and Playable Elves Bethany.
I also included an ERF which should replace the exaggerated proportion mesh in the 'hero intro'. If you don't want it just delete the ERF 'Addon - Intro Bethany Mesh'
This hasn't been thoroughly tested so let me know if there's anything wrong with it.
How to Install
Unzip and drop in your Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override folder.
If you are using Playable Elves, make sure this loads after the Playable Elves files alphabetically or it won't show up.
