Sadly, Flemeth refuses to wear robe outside of cutscene and stays in underwear. Maybe because of Chargen Revamp, but that's a mod I won't delete in any case..
I'm extremely sure the robe I picked for her is a default game item and with the body type I picked for her, it should appear just fine, unless another mod alters body types in some way. Also, I am confused. "Outside of cutscenes"? Afaik, she exclusively appears in cutscenes.

I love the mod, but during the cutscene outside Lothering her outfit disappeared and she was in her underwear. I installed the version with no dependencies.
EDIT: 'The Covert Mage' is the only mod I have that mods robes. I'll disable it and replay that part of the game, and let you know if that was the problem. EDIT 2: No, she is still in her underwear
That is very peculiar. I'll try to investigate this as best as I can. Do you happen to have a save file from when you're in the Blightlands? It might help me narrow it down, though the change is really simplistic to begin with: -give Flemeth headmorph -give Flemeth a body model capable of displaying equipment -equip "gen_im_npc_arm_hum_cht_cirb.uti" in slot 4 (Chest)
On the one hand, I am glad to know that fixed it, on the other, I am utterly baffled how there could be an incompatibility between these two - they don't share any files between them, one doesn't touch the other's contents in any way, there's not even a possibly 2DA conflict. Puzzling XD; But as long as it works for you now…
Unfortunately, Flemeth's outfit is invisible in-game for me, only her head shows. It seems all references are right in the .utc files and no other mods are mentioned as being required, so I'm stumped as to the issue. There are no other mods in my override folder which would affect Flemeth or her variant of the commoner outfit.
That's odd indeed. I'll look into it, but I'm 95% sure I pulled from a vanilla resource available to humans when I picked her outfit. Thanks for telling me. EDIT: According to Shan's Visual Item Variation Guide?, the clothing I picked is normally elf-exclusive. I must have some mod that added a human variant. I'll investigate further. EDIT2: As I suspected, the human model variant for the clothes I gave Flemeth is from Kirkwall Expanded. As great as a mod KE is, I think it's best to have my mod not be dependant on other mods if avoidable. I'll cobble together a fix.
I love this, always hated Flemeth's new design ever since I first played DA2 back in 2011! I hope someone makes an Inquisition version as well someday.
That'd be a much taller order I don't feel nearly as confident about - Darkspawn don't use headmorphs in the way humanoid NPCs do, in either game. Luckily, I have it on good authority something to that effect is in the works already by someone else.
