While pulling apart area files, I found a codex entry I didn't recognize and that didn't appear on the DAWiki. So naturally, I had to see if I could find any more--and I did!
I have divided the codex entries into 2 categories: vanilla (9 entries) and definitely cut intentionally (3 entries). These two main folders are not dependent on each other; install the ones you want.
Version 2.0: No new entries, just cleaning it up a bit, which should make it run more reliably, esp. on already-strained systems.
Optional: two new codex entries in the Black Emporium; both were likely cut intentionally. One will appear in Act 2, and the other in Act 3. Also moved the clickable for "Andraste in Nude Repose - Invisible" to not be at an unreposing visible statue.
If you're wondering what I didn't add back and why-- 'Wolf', 'Wisp', 'Shriek', & 'Ash Wraith' - I was considering it, but it seemed silly to put a bunch of books around Kirkwall for creatures Hawke will never encounter. Entries for Isolde & Connor - I would guess these are in the game because of a cut quest involving Teagan & Connor (the amazing Sapphim has recreated part of it, which you can view on Youtube). 'The Splintered Order of the Vials' - another cut quest.
