A few of the cursor size mods on this site just were not big enough for my resolution so I decided to make the largest one yet... THE 4K CURSOR MOD. I wouldn't try downloading this unless you are running 4k. It's huge.
Install and extract files to your "...Dragon Age II\packages\core\data\cursors" folder.
