If you have an invisible or naked Leliana body, make sure you do not have something else installed that is conflicting or edits Leliana.
Alternatively, ensure you have this mod installed BEFORE you play Act 3. Install it during the prologue, act 1 or act 2. Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2 UTC and UTI file edits do NOT work on items and creatures who are already loaded in an area - there is nothing I can do about this.
If you have hooded Leliana in MOTA - Uninstall the files for the duration of seeing her in MOTA.
Installed the mod shortly after starting my game, was really looking forward to seeing Leliana in all her glory... I started the quest, walk into the viscount's throne room, and Leliana is naked...... I close my game, came on here, installed the recommended item restriction removal mod, started the game again, no change. She's still naked. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling both mods, no change. I uninstalled both of them again and tried installing a different armour replacer for Leliana, and she's STILL naked. Completed the quest with her in nothing but underwear.... Really frustrated. I hope that this bug doesn't affect future playthroughs.... If anyone figures out how to fix this, please let me know.
Can confirm that Offkorn's Item Restrictions Removed fixes the naked Leliana issue; importantly, you must load a save from OUTSIDE the Viscount's Keep, NOT the Autosave generated on entering, in order to see any change in her equipment.

Some other notes: the Hood is attached the head morph, not the equipment; so it does show up on her MotA appearance. Both the modded outfit and her MotA outfit clip with the hood a good bit when she makes certain animations, but looks great when she's idle. The standalone armor is required to be installed in order for Leliana's morph and equipment to show up properly. And finally, the morph and equipment files are not interdependent, so you can use just the morph (and thus hood) or just the equipment, provided the standalone armor is installed.
Don't mean to step on the author's toes or anything just noticed this was caretaker'd and still had some comments, so I downloaded and fired up the console debugs to get more information on the naked bug, and decided to add my findings.
Having naked bug. I have a no restrictions mod installed. I also have all items improve with level up mod. Anyone figure out how to get this to work?
EDIT: I got it to work. I was using trufflesduval's Item Restrictions Removed mod which only works for weapons. I removed that mod and downloaded this one:
I'm using the restriction removal mod, but leliana is still armor-less :/ EDIT: uninstalled and she's still naked? I'm wondering if me having played MOTA before doing Sebastian's quest has anything to do with it?
