This mod fixes fast running with medium movement speed. No more skating. Also,heightens walking speed.
Non-combat movement only.

Default movement speed doesn't match with running step. It also too fast.

Decrease running speed to medium speed.
Increase walking speed to fast walking.
modified only out of combat.
