NOTE: For harassment-related reasons, I no longer play or engage in any other way with Dragon Age (2 or otherwise). All mods I've ever uploaded for Dragon Age II are free for use/updating/patching/reuploading without credit. I no longer have access to the game or mod tools.

I wanted to give Nightmare a try, but I wasn't sure about the whole "friendly fire" thing (from the sound of it, it does a lot of damage, so I'm liable to wipe my entire party; I suck at keeping them out of the way), so I thought I'd grab a "no friendly fire" mod, which I had seen floating around... only to discover that none of them work for patch 1.04. So, through trial and error, I made one.

Tested with mage abilities, but since I'm not getting hit anymore by my companions, it should work just fine for all classes.

There are three flavors to choose from:

• The initial release removes ONLY friendly-fire damage. You will still go flying across the room if you find yourself standing too close to Fenris when he swings his BFS, but he won't kill you or damage you.
• The "No Friendly Fire Damage and Effects" file does exactly what it says it does. No more getting knocked down by companions when you aren't even taking damage, and your mages will no longer freeze companions with Cone of Cold, etc.
• The third option does the same thing as above, but is for all you people out there who would rather not worry about mana/stamina or cooldowns. All abilities now cost nothing and take only one second to recharge.
  

CHOOSE ONLY ONE FILE. Download the version you want, unzip it, and simply drop the file into your overrides folder to install it. Delete the file to uninstall.
