Fixes the white hand bug with the Robe of the Spiral Eye that shows up when worn by darkskinned male characters.

DESCRIPTION
There is a known bug with the Robe of the Spiral Eye (the Act 1 collectible set) that on dark-skinned characters the hands do not correctly pick up the tint and remain pale. This seems to only occur on male characters, not female.
After looking around for a bug fix for it and not finding one, I poked around in its files and modded in a fix myself, editing the robe's MAO file so that tints do apply correctly to it.
This does have the side effect of changing not just the tint of the exposed skin, but of the entire robe; it makes the tint associated with the material of the robe apply to the robe, which changes it from a grey robe with dark burgundy and mustard accents to a green and grey robe with dark green and brown accents. It will also affect any other robes that use the same robe model (such as the random drop Demonic Robe), though their appearance will vary if their material is different.
INSTALLATION
Place the file for the fix in your My Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age 2/packages/core/override directory
