Well, here's my new mod that was inspired by ishmaeltheforsaken's Warden Nathaniel Mod. Firstly, it was a pain in the butt but i manage to get it right.

Alistair will be wearing the DA2 Grey Warden Regalia of Weisshaupt heavy armor from Legacy that is worn by every other grey wardens. This also gives an instant impression that he is a grey warden fighting beside his fellow wardens.

Same with Stroud when i think he got promoted to leader of the group in Act 2.

As suggested, The 2 Warden Rogues that were with Stroud in the Deep Roads in Act 1 are now wearing the right gear.

Sophia Dryden is now wearing the Grey Warden Regalia of Weisshaupt heavy armor when you encounter her in the side quest: Terror on the Coast. (Only if you spared her in Warden's Keep DLC)

Also Dursten from Janeka's group is wearing the right gear since he's a rogue. Janeka is armed with a Corrupted Acolyte's Staff and Larius is armed with a Warden Tower Shield.

Carver and Bethany will have the prologue weapons when you encounter them as Wardens.

Note: this will only work if you have the Legacy DLC installed. Also the game needs to reload the entire area to acknowledge the changes. Playing the area that you are already in will not work.

Installation: Drop UTC and ERF into your override folder. Enjoy ;)
