This mod will remove friendly fire damage from Nightmare Difficulty in DA 2.
There are other mods that do this, but I couldn't find one that was working with the 1.03 patch. I am new to modding so, I spend numerous hours trying to find a mod that works, but eventually just decided to make one myself.
After spending countless hours trying to figure out how to make this mod work, I was finally able to remove friendly fire from DA2.
Please note that this will only remove the damage taken by your party. It won't take away the effects that a damage does. For example, your party member can still freeze from the Cone of Cold. I actually prefer it this way, so as to at least have some repercussions if you decide to bomb your poor party member with a spell!
I have done most of my testing with a mage build, but it should work with other classes as well.

INSTALLATION:

Extract the file into your "override" folder. (....My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override)
Play and enjoy without your Hero killing all your allies in the battle!

I am very new to modding DA2 and I came up with a working solution to the No Friendly fire damage for 1.03 via trial and error. However, I also tested the non working files here in the nexus first and I thank all the other authors of similar mods, especially Lautreamont. Without their mods, I wouldn't have been able to create this one. All credit goes to them!
