This mod provides Fenris with a multitude of appearance options. It started out as just a simple black jacket mod, but as the number of requests multiplied, so did the number of options available.

Kudos, credit, and gratitude to mediocrememory and Duchell for allowing me to give mediocrememory's amazing Fenris Face Fix and Duchell's Fenris mods a glow. Even if you don't use the permanent glow in your game, you should at least check out Fenris Face Fix and Duchell's companion morphs (links at bottom). Credit goes to tabsensei for the "Jedi Master" jacket mod and LordTabookie for the Dante version that inspired my jacket retexture work. And, of course, a HUGE thanks to tmp7704 for his LightWave plugin and advice, without which, the gauntlet and boot editions of the jacket retextures would not be possible.
My sincerest appreciation to jandwivey, htrivass007, and FenPhile for their fabulously awesome user-submitted screenshots! And a VERY special thanks to setiweb for not only the great screenshots but also the fantastic videos and endless awesomeness! Did I mention that setiweb is awesome? ALL FILES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS MOD WILL CONFLICT WITH ANY AND ALL OTHER FENRIS ARMOR RETEXTURES/RECOLORS! THE PERMANENT GLOW WILL CONFLICT WITH ANY ALTERNATIVE FENRIS FACE TEXTURES AND MORPHS!
IF YOU PLAN TO ROMANCE FENRIS, YOU MUST DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE ROMANCE TOKENS FILE, OTHERWISE YOU WILL SEE A FLOATING RED WRISTBAND WHERE HIS ROMANCED BAND SHOULD BE.
If you're using a permanent glow and would like one of the different eye colors, you MUST have Pineappletree's Vibrant Colors mod installed (link at bottom).
As a word of warning, the files are rather large. If you discover that they're causing your game to lag, delete the files.
There are a number of known issues with this mod, most notoriously, the tiling issues with the permanent glow options, including blood splatter and Fenris's cutscene glow. My Improved Fenris Glow mod works perfectly with the jacket retextures, but the markings do not line up properly on Fenris's face when using the permanent glow because of the way the glowing face texture is forced to behave. Sadly, the tiling problems will likely never be solved. Also, there are some clipping issues in the jackets with boots options. I've spent a great deal of time trying to fix it, but my LightWave knowledge is limited. That doesn't, however, mean I won't keep trying to fix it; it annoys me worse than it annoys you, trust me.
I have always and will always be more than happy to fulfill your requests as adequately as possible. The only thing I seek in return for my work is not endorsements or praise; the only thing I require is that you talk with me first before using the content that took me hours, weeks, even months to create. In addition, uploading my files to other sites without my permission is strictly forbidden, that includes FilePlanet.

INSTALL

All files go into your override folder (Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age 2/packages/core/override). ONLY INSTALL ONE VERSION OF EACH VARIATION!!!
If you want to use just a jacket retexture, you do not need a permanent glow file to make it work; and if you want to use a permenent glow, you do not need a jacket retexture file to make it work. The only exception to this is if you want the hand tattoos to glow when using a jacket with gauntlets. In that case, you will need to download the "Jackets for Glowing Gauntlets" file and be using the gauntlet edition of one of the permanent glows.
For the permanent glow to work correctly, you'll need ONE armor file and ONE face file placed in your override folder. You'll notice there are several options for each glow color you download. The labels should be pretty self-explanatory. If you're using another armor instead of Fenris's default armor, like one of the jacket retextures, you will ONLY need to install a face file.
Let me give an extreme example to help clarify the installation process: You want the gold permanent glow with the dark default armor and mediocrememory's Fenris Face Fix with Darker Eyes and green eyes for before you romance Fenris and the black jacket with green feathers, gauntlets, gold permanent glow, green romance band, and mediocrememory's Fenris Face Fix with Darker Eyes and green eyes for after you've romanced Fenris. You'll only need to download three files: "Permanent Glows," "Jackets for Glowing Gauntlets in Black," and "Romance Tokens." From the Gold Glow file inside "Permanent Glows," you'll put "(ARMOR) Gold Glow - Dark Default Edition (Pre-Romance Only)," "(ARMOR) Gold Glow - Dark Gauntlet Edition (Post-Romance Only)," and "(FACE) Gold Glow - Green Eyes, FFF Darker Eyes Skin" into your override folder. Then, from the "Jackets for Glowing Gauntlets in Black" file, place "Black Jacket with Gauntlets - Green Feathers (Post-Romance Only)" in your override folder. Last, from the "Romance Tokens" file, install "Green Amell Band and Shield," and now you're done! Fenris will automatically change his appearance after your one night of passion. I really hope this helps, but if not, you can always PM me. Eventually, I want to make a simple program that will do all the installing for you, but I'm not there yet. One thing at a time.
