Recolored companion and champion armors in a black theme

These have been redone with the High Res files and a few other corrections have been made including better speculars and color correction to remove flat black on some of the armors. Additional color has been added to many of the colors.
Dark recolors for the following companions:
Anders
Bethany
Bethany - Warden
Fenris
Varric
Bianca
Carver
Carver - Warden
Isabela
Merrill
Sebastian
(more will be added as completed)
Dark recolors for all champion armor sets. These are compatible with De-Shelved (http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2825) by ishmaeltheforsaken which I highly recommend.
Special thanks to Jay33721 for allowing me to use their files to create the Fair Skinned Isabela version!
Please note: Anders and Isabella's recolors will change the appearance of both their default and secondary armors!
