      If anyone else is wondering about this. It most likely happens when you use the mod on an existed save : any companion you meet before you installed the mod won't have the unique version of the weapon. Only way to get it then would be with console commands

    Just a note to say how much I love this mod. The flavor text and the evolving all are handled exceptionally well. It made my recent playthrough awesome. Got to make more gold too since I could sell anything my PC wasn't using. Awesome job I know its been a while since posting it, but wanted to drop my thanks anyways. Endorsed and appreciated.

    I love this mod, but I have a problem where I can't actually see the weapons' stats because the descriptions take over the whole length of the screen. I'm going to try re-downloading and installing the blank ones, hopefully my current game won't be affected. I really like the descriptions you wrote, but I'm a bit sad I couldn't read them in their entirety in the game. Endorsed, though, don't worry about that! <3

    @CyrusAmell
    It would, but that would also mean I'd have to include more folders in the DL file (there are already 4 combinations; adding more would make them jump to 9... I think?). So, it'll probably never happen. Sorry.

    @Patton51
    Sorry, no idea why your game is bugging like that. Most people who downloaded the mod had no problems with it. Heck, I ran it a dozen times on my own PC before releasing it, to ensure there were no bugs. Again, sorry, nothing I can do.

    @Vaprous
    I'm not a modeler.

    @ Hickory
    I distinctly remember there was a good reason why that was done, but I can't, for the life of me, remember why. I uninstalled both the game and those modding tools over 2 years ago, and I have no clue what either of those stats does anymore (I'd probably take me a few days to get reacquainted with modding/editing tools). But I'm pretty sure the reason was of a technical nature, and the weapons are set up the way they are because of it. I'm very pedantic, and not one to overlook something so obvious, trust me.

    @ a_man24
    Because balance! And because Real Life got in my way!

    @ LadyKarrakaz
    Back when I released this mod (over 2 years ago as of writing this), there was no way that I knew of to add items to in-game containers. Which is the whole purpose of the scripting commands included in the readme. I'm not sure how things are now, but I'd be willing to bet some enterprising modder managed to find a way to place external items directly into the game. I'll update the mod with the new method if I ever get around to, well, updating the mod. (in all honesty, probably when I go replay DA2 before DA3 hits stores).

    @ lunarionsilver
    Ah, damn it... Probably not, since it would be a pain in the ass to segregate all the folders and files so everyone out there is catered to. But seeing as to how many of you want the original models, I'll probably include it when I updated the mod. Some day...

    I like this mod, but is it safe to assume that this is not being kept updated anymore? Seen below that Bethany and Carver's weaps were going to be added but never were, and that was over a year ago...

      Make that 2 years...

      It'll probably be 3 or more when DA3 comes out (and I DL the modding tools again).

      Oh well, such is life.

    i really like your mod, but some of those weapons are beyond overpowered. +200 health merrils staff? lethendralis has +100% damage AND it ignores armor? really? what bothers me the most about this is that it makes my companions stronger than myself.

      The screenshots taken display the weapons of an 18-level party, hence the 'uber' stats.

      I know strong weapons aren't everyone's cup of tea, but I had fun with them, so sue me.

      And seeing my previously-useless companions tearing up mobs actually made my 5th playthrough fun.

      But if you're really that bothered by it, nothing's stopping you from downloading the tools and tweaking the files.

      As long as you're having fun, it's all good.

    I don't know if you watch this anymore, but why was there no weapons for carver or Bethany & Hawk?

      Sorry, I haven't been to the Nexus in a while.

      To tell you the truth, I honestly don't remember why I didn't include their weapons.

      It might've been something technical, or just laziness on my part - I honestly don't recall.

      I also uninstalled DA2 ages ago, as well as all the 3rd-party tools I used to make this mod.

      I'll probably reinstall both them and the game, and do a quick replay before DA3 comes out.

      Which means you *can* expect a mod update in the (somewhat near?) future...

      While I'm happy with the mod as it is right now, there's still some tweaking to be done.

      And more weapons to add.

    It would be nice if a version was available that used the original weapon textures for each companion, such as Isabela's default daggers and Ander's first staff. I found it unnecessary that their weapons changed into something else after first meeting them, although Avelines change was perhaps for the best (her sword hilt looks unusable).

    I started 3 games using the home deployment erf for the weapons, progressed all three new games up to the hawk estate and while the armor deployed to my inventory at Gamlens house the weapons never deployed. I can see them on the quest items list in Gibeds but alas I never get them. dunno what the problem is but I have no desire to use the script for any mod. dunno why it's broke but it is.
