IMPORTANT NOTE: As of patch 1.02, BioWare lists this issue as fixed. However, if you have ever been to Act 3 prior to patching, the upgrade still WONT drop. Playing from prior acts will make it work as intended.

== Introduction ==

Another well known bug in DA II is that whilst doing Aveline's Act 3 companion quest, Favor and Fault, Jeven will not drop her fourth and final armor upgrade, Deflecting Joints (adds defense), upon his death. This mod tweaks the rewards.gda file to give you the said upgrade when you COMPLETE the quest by speaking to Aveline in the Viscount's Keep.

== Compatibility ==

Should be compatible with all other mods as I have removed every single reward line save the one which I changed to provide the armor upgrade.

To be specific, it has the ID 36 and the following string reference:

FOL - Aveline - Act 3 - Favour and Fault - Quest Complete

== Installation ==

Drop the rewards_ave_bugfix.gda file into your Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override folder. Un-installation is merely a matter of banishing the file to the recycle bin, i.e., deleting it.
