About this mod

All shops will pay more for your junk. With this mod, shop owners no longer turn up their noses at the treasure you bring in to them. Too long have they charged good silver for their healing potions, but then only given you a few copper for the fruits of your labor.

Permissions and credits
Version 2.0 has been released.

Remember, with this version, it will NOT change the value of junk already in your inventory. Please sell all your junk, then have fun.

If you just want a quick temporary mod to jump up the price of the loot already in your inventory, you can use v1.2, but remove it again when you are done.

As of this writing, Valuable Junk is ranked 10 in the Top 25 list.
Thank you for your Endorsements, I appreciate it. :)

One man's junk is another man's treasure.

Depending on if you want just a little more copper or to start raking in the silver and the gold, I provided two flavors. Valuble Junk 10.erf is for about 10 times the value (3c items will sell for around 31c), and Valuble Junk 100.erf if for about 100 times (3c items will sell for about 3s10c). Copy the chosen file into the Override folder.
Example: C:\Users\<user>\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override

Version 1.1 should make this compatible with other mods. If you aren't having compatibility issues you don't need to redownload, but it is so small you can if you want. It also raises the price of potions that you get from the store. Working on finding what they are based off of. Mean time, potions purchased from the table in your house and the potion table in Low Town are still only silvers.

Version 1.2 lowers normal potions, higher end potions can be bought from the potion tables at normal price. Ability tomes are also still high priced, and companion armor upgrades. These items appear to be priced based on a multiplier of a loot value.

Version 2.0 keeps treasure high while not affecting potion and tome prices. It also doesn't work immediately, so sell off the old junk in your inventory.

50x Version is just for those that feel that 50 times value is the sweet spot for loot value. Otherwise identical to the v2.0 file.</user>
