This is a *full* face swap of Cassandra and Aveline.
I made a request for this mod in the forums and decided to make it myself.
Installation:
Place "FaceOff - Cassandra vs Aveline.erf" in: Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age 2/packages/core/override.
*REMINDER* Only choose one version to install. Installing more than one will destroy distant galaxies. You've been warned.
Uninstall:
Simply delete the file installed.
Conflicts and Bugs:
None (hopefully), but any mod that also changed head models for either character would surely cause a conflict.
*Note* Cassandra will have her default appearance during the final pre-rendered cutscene. There are also 1 or 2 very brief moments that you may see the default Cassandra face but they are very fleeting and are linked to pre-rendered video. Nothing i can do about that.

Installation Instructions for FaceOff - Cassandra vs Hawke.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This mod alters Hawke to look like Cassandra ONLY during the prologue up until the first Character Creation screen and permanently changes Cassandra to look like "Vanilla" Hawke. Follow the installation instructions to change Hawke into Cassandra during the rest of the game. *******
1. Download this -> DA2 NPC Presets: http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2657
This is the most crucial step. this mod contains the Cassandra preset.
2. Download this -> CharGenMorph Compiler: http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=971
This is a program to merge chargenmorphcfg.xml files. It's very handy and almost essential when dealing with multiple chargenmorphcfg.xml files because otherwise you'd have to manually edit them. Not fun.
Note: You can skip this step if you decide to use the chargenmorphcfg.xml provided with DA2 NPC Presets.
3. Download this -> Exagerated Bethany: http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2190
Whether you want the big busted Bethany model or not the author has provided a file called "Bethany Original Face FIXED". This mod keeps the original tutorial/prologue face for Bethany throughout the whole game no matter what Hawke preset you pick. Apparently the preset you pick for Hawke has an effect on Mom and Bethany's facial features.
Note: This mod is entirely optional. It is only needed if you don't want Bethany to become an ugly beast.
4. Download my mod -> FaceOff - Cassandra vs Hawke. This will give you the Cassandra look (with face mark) throughout the prologue up until the first Character Creation screen. It will also change Cassandra into Vanilla (w/no face mark) Hawke.
5. After the Character Creator comes up for the first time choose the Cassandra preset (from step 1) and change her looks however you see fit.
Note: Personally i only move her eyes so they are slightly closer together. The preset eyes are a little too far apart. Other than that all i do is re-add the facial mark/tattoo.
6. That's it! Play the game and enjoy looking like Cassandra!
