An older and more cruel looking Meredith. Option of two hairstyles.

I felt Meredith's blonde locks were too girly and young for her stern and older voice, so I changed her to graying hair.
I also didn't like her original hairstyle with the hood, so I gave her a more military no-nonsense cut.
Her eyes are also light gray now, to make her that much more icy.
