You have the option to play normal and just use the small advantage you have with the items equipped (not really too high) - and keep the "goodies" for later, in your storage, or just drink the potions, upgrade your attributes and add some stats and use better weapons / armors right from the start.

To keep the options open, I didn't add gold in your inventory.

Saves created with DLCs installed.

If you don't have dlcs installed and you want to use the saves, use GFF Editor to remove them.

Install - extract and copy in folder Characters from "My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\

Inventory full of high grade items (armors and weapons).
All 3 armor sets from the game, for all classes, and others.

Character is equipped with fake champion armor and attributes bonus jewelery. Attributes and talents potions in inventory.

Also, you have in inventory all classes fake armor sets, for each character, if you want to have a mage in warrior heavy armor champion set or whatever.

If you want to equip a high grade item, just drink the attributes arcane potions

Optional, you can install file rewards.gda to get extra gold when you enter Kirkwall, so you can buy everything you want from start - 300 gold.
