Simply a collection of screenshots and notes with the file name for reference when using the item_variation.gdf edit via the GFF V4 Editor to alter equipment. I believe that this list is as complete as it can be and it is tailored to female characters.

There is some clipping that occurs but my working theory is that this is because the base model lacks corrisponding elements (ie no sleeves clipping only happens when adding an item with sleeves on model)

I wrote up a tutorial (my first so let me know if it's confusing or I missed something) to help you be able to mod your equipment skin.
