This mod makes the following changes;
-Heal: 35 cost and 20 second cooldown (was previously 30 cost and 40 second cooldown).
-Health/Mana/Stamina Potions: 15 second cooldown (was previously 30 second cooldown).
Version 1.1: Should now be compatible with other mods. Please let me know of any issues.
Installation: Place the file in your Documents/Bioware/DragonAge2/Packages/Core/Override folder.
This might trivialize game content on Normal Difficulty, so use at your own risk.
