   Hi, i dont know if you solved it, but the problem is that you cant have more than 11 skill trees. I recommend using this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage2/mods/2989, it doesn't have talis and sebastian skill trees, but you can add them via console.

      Yep I was able to fix it. The issue was using all of Anshela's amazing spec mods along with the "All Specs - All Abilities - for Everyone" mod.
      
      Though it isn't a real fix, disabling specs I won't use did the trick. That blasted spec maximum.
