This mod requires Loincloth Fashion by Entopie.

After receiving permission from Entopie, I'm sharing this new texture of the viscount robes. Can be worn by humans, elves, and dwarf women.

Drop the folder into your Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override\toolsetexport folder (if you do not have a toolsetexport folder, create one) and when you add the viscount robes to your inventory, they will appear with the new texture.
