Requirements

The ABI_GXA... gdas require the Awakening Expansion. If you are not playing Awakening, do not install those gda files.

Description
------------------------------------------------------------
This alters spells' Speed and Cooldown values to be directly dependent on their base Mana cost (not the adjusted in-game cost).
Cooldown Time is equal to Cost divided by 5 multiplied by rank: (C/5)*R
Cooldown Time for Modals is equal to Cost divided by 5, multiplied by rank divided by 2 and rounded up: (C/5)*(R/2)
Spells with Speed of 3 or higher require a held non-staff weapon to be sheathed.
=025: Speed 1 (Modal Speed 1)
=050: Speed 2 (Modal Speed 1)
=075: Speed 3 (Modal Speed 2)
=100: Speed 4 (Modal Speed 2)
=125: Speed 5 (Modal Speed 3)
=150: Speed 6 (Modal Speed 3)
Exceptions to the above are the Shapeshifter and Keeper Specialties. Their Specialty-specific spells have Speeds of 1 regardless of cost.

Same as above, except the cost thresholds for speeds were increased:
=050: Speed 1
=100: Speed 2
=150: Speed 3
=200: Speed 4
It also alters the base costs themselves using the below guidelines:
Duration = 1 mana per second
Damage Duration = 2 mana per second
Freeze Duration = 5 mana per second
Knockdown = 5 mana
Multiple Targets = 10 mana
0.xx Damage = xx mana
0.xx Heal = (xx mana) / 2
Sustainable = 25 per rank
