Changes most of the tattoos to freckles and other stuff.
You can also take select files instead of all of them if you want to replace just some tats and not all of them:
uh_pct_dc1_0t.dds Dwarven Commoner, replaces all but starting tat with freckles
uh_pct_dn1_0t.dds Dwarven Noble, replaces all tats with freckles
uh_pct_h01_0t.dds Human & City Elf, replaces 1-4 tats with freckles
uh_pct_h02_0t.dds Human & City Elf, replaces 5-8 tats with face paintings
uh_tat_ed3_0t.dds Dalish Elf, replaces 9-12 tats with freckles
uh_tat_ed4_0t.dds Dalish Elf, replaces 13-16 tats with face paintings
INSTALL: Drop the "textures" folder into your "..\Program Files\Dragon Age\packages\core\override" directory.
UNINSTALL: Delete the offending textures.
