A small fix for the placement of Denerim icon on the world map

Fixes the Denerim icon placement on the world map which according to Awakening and Witch hunt, must be a bit lower. the new coordinates are exactly same as the one from Witch hunt.
to install, drop the folder inside the archive into you [USER]\Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\packages\core\override folder.
