Inspired partially by valerie1972's fantastic Loincloth Fashion retexture and partially by carvermkv's ARL HOWE RELOADED, I decided Arl Howe deserved a new outfit. Well, maybe deserved is the wrong term.
Regardless, now he has one. The Malcolm's Bequest model from Viva La Orlais has had its Circle iconography removed, and on the bottom corner is the Howe Family heraldry--a bear. Pleasingly, it bears more than a passing resemblance to his Heroes of Dragon Age artwork.
The stats should be the same as the light armor Howe usually wears in Denerim.
To install, just unzip into your override folder and allow my retexture to replace the ones from Viva La Orlais.
