There are two versions available. The only difference is in size. One is 48x48, and the other is 64x64.
You can download both to see which one you prefer. You can only use one version at a time.
Place the files in your main Dragon Age Origins installation game folder.

Should be replacing 70 .cur files. Agree and replace the files wherever your game installation cursor folder is located.
