Montenstein's Armour

This mod adds a lore-friendly standalone set of armour to the game, coming in three variants for Warriors, Mages and Rogues.

Every race and gender supported!

The armour does not require any attributes in order to equip.

The armour scales with the player level so don't be surprised if they are only tier 3 when you first find them!

Armour Stats:

I have tried to keep the armour from being ridiculously over-powered.

Warrior - Heavy Armour (Cuirass/Gloves/Boots of the Protector)
Armour (+5 Strength, +5 Armor, +75 Stamina)
Gloves (+2 Strength, +2 Willpower)
Boots (+3 Defense, +1.25 Combat Health Regeneration)

Mage - Medium Armour (Cuirass/Gloves/Boots of the Mystical)
Armour (+5 Magic, +5 Armor, +5 Willpower)
Gloves (+2 Magic, +2 Willpower)
Boots (+3 Defense, +1.25 Combat Mana Regeneration)

Rogue - Light Armour (Cuirass/Gloves/Boots of the Nimble)
Armour (+5 Dexterity, +5 Armor, +75 Stamina)
Gloves (+2 Dexterity, +2 Willpower)
Boots (+3 Defense, +1.25 Combat Stamina Regeneration)

Location:

V3 - This version of the mod uses a PRCSCR script to add the items to Bodahn's store in camp. As it is an extension, this is fully compatible with other mods that also add to the store. It does NOT edit the merchant file itself, so this will work with any other existing mods you have that add to Bodahn's inventory.

If you want the set prior to reaching camp for the first time, or any other reason, the sets can be obtained by opening the console and entering the following;

For the Warrior Set - "runscript tms_war"
For the Mage Set - "runscript tms_mag"
For the Rogue Set - "runscript tms_rog"

Compatibility:

As many other of you out there, I use tmp7704's proportions and their qunari update file. I have uploaded "fixes" for these mods under optional files. Without these, your characters will look distorted and deformed when wearing the armour.

I tested tmp's Human proportions mod as well as both the Elf Update and Elf proportions mods. The armour functions correctly with these installed so no "fix" was needed. Hence why only Dwarf and Qunari files are available.

Installation:

Drop the contents of the ZIP file into your override folder

Remove any previous versions if you are installing an updated version!
