Safe to use
This is a mod that adds a new body type, a more androgynous figured elf female without breasts/using the masculine clothing.
A potion item shows up in your warden's inventory. Use the potion item in your inventory to swap body types. Use item again to swap back.
You could theoretically pair this with flipped pronoun mod/change your voice and play a transgender warden, though I don't know how that mod works code wise- I'm fairly sure there's no conflict.
The way this works, the new body type is a considered a totally new race/gender combination by the game. Therefore modded in outfits will not show up, even if they have a model for elf female. I have added support for some popular custom outfits. I don't have any desire to add any more presently.
This is probably the last new body type I will ever do, because it requires so many new meshes. I have been working on this for a long time and it's probably as finished as it's ever going to be.

Some items have both male and the female models- for example the Nude has folders for both 'Bustier' and 'Tanktop Shirt'. Delete the folders you aren't using.
There are also optional replacers: the folder 'aaaa Mod replacers' has replacer meshes for Elves of Ferelden, Pants for Women, and Bethany Robe. Either rename the folder to 'zzz Mod Replacers' so it can take effect, or delete it if you don't want it.
How to Install
Unzip and put the folder in your Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/packages/core/override folder.
Make or have a female elf warden. It won't work on companions. It will work with default origin Wardens loaded into Awakening.
This may not work with Orlesian Wardens or fan added origins such as dalish elf mage, I'm not completely sure what files need including for that. If anyone wants to try making the two work together with GDA edits or something, you have my blessing to do so.
This piggybacks off the NVariety Mod Custom Bodies for All framework and is therefore incompatible with it.
If the Potion of Transformation item does not automatically show up in your inventory, use the console command runscript get_nvariety to acquire it.
Remove all items of clothing, then right click and use the potion item. A dialogue prompt should come up, click the accept choice. Your warden should now be changed. Use the potion item again to return to normal.
To Uninstall, use the potion to turn back to normal on every save you want to keep, save as normal body, then delete the folder from your override. Uninstall it wrong and your Warden will be stuck as a a floating head, assuming you can even load the save.
Warning
I recommend this mod only for people who
a) Are proficient enough at playing modded DAO you can troubleshoot for yourself and b) Are ok with it potentially making your save unplayable.
This is less an assured mod and more a pet project I happen to be uploading.
Please let me know if any of the meshes aren't tinting or something wrong with them. But there is very little I can do to help about other issues.
Swapping UTC type in DA2 can brick saves, the situation isn't as bad in DAO but it's still a risk. If you become a floating head, remove all clothing items, save, quit the game then open and reload the save is my only advice. There may also be troubleshooting information on the comments page of the original Nvariety Mod, so check there first.
