UPDATE: 2011-03-20
Thanks to the wonderful work of Volren617, I have added an update file which now contains the mop files for all the faces in this pack. If you have installed all the mods listed below then you should be able to use these mop files instead of using the pre-release character creator as detailed below. Voleren617 has also created a chargen file which is included as well. This should make getting these faces, MUCH easier. Thank you Volren617 for your work on this!! You should be able to simply drop the unzipped folder of mop files into your want to use you will copy and paste the .chr file into your Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/packages/core/override folder along with the chargenmorph file and they should then show in your character presets when creating a new character. I have NOT tested this however, so please note their may be issues with some of these, but it should work and is a lot easier than the method described below.

This download contains all the characters I've made so far. I had a few requests for various ones, so decided it would be easy to throw the .chr files into a one package deal.

Contained in this download is around 12 male premade characters and around 42 female characters. There is a mix of all professions and races, so you're sure to find one you like.

These characters were made using a number of mods on this site however, so in order to achieve the EXACT look of the characters you WILL need to get those mods as well. I only created the characters and take no credit for any of the mods, all credit there goes to their original creators, who did a GREAT job!

When using one of these premade characters you can either drop all of them into your Prelease folder or just the ones you want by referencing the jpg files with the character images and names that I have included.

Once you have a character you want to use you will copy and paste the .chr file into your Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Pre-release Characters folder. You can then either open your CC to make any adjustments you want (change eyes, name, etc...) or you can begin a game and import that character to use when prompted. It's that easy!

The mods you will need to get all of the looks are:

More Hairstyles

Pineapple Tree s Vibrant Colors

All credit goes to these guys for their work, I simply utilized those mods when making my characters, so you will need those to achieve the exact results.

I have also included the chargenmrophfg.xml file I use with all of these mods (plus a few additional ones), so you are free to use that in order to get all of these to work together, but I cannot say if it will work with other mods you may have.

To install the XML file, simply copy and paste it into your Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/packages/core/override folder and delete the other xml files from out of these mods folders, so you only have this one file.

KNOWN ISSUES:

The character creator is bad about sometimes squashing a certain feature, so you may have to 'unsquash' a nose or something before using your character, but once loaded into the game, this will never be an issue with your character.

The character creator is also very stubborn when it comes to beards, and will sometimes eat ur characters cheeks...to fix this you just have to trick it. To do immediately before starting your game with your character, remove their beard (but REMEMBER the slider positon for that particular beard) then go to the jaw and cheek area and fatten your chars cheeks (you may also have to shorten a chin, adjust a jaw, or something like that), then go and click on the beard slider in the exact location the beard was. This will add the beard back onto your character keeping his fatter cheeks and shorter chin. You CANNOT adjust anything else after this, or the face will revert. You MUST immediately begin your game so that these settings are saved permanently, or they will revert again and you'll have to redo this.

OK! Whew!! Long post....I think this is everything, so I'll get right to it, hope you enjoy!!
