I made Duncan wear his iconic robes and have the longsword and dagger from the mod Grey Wardens of Ferelden.

Off-site, Grey warden Garments by tmp7704 - https://www.moddb.com/mods/tmp7704/downloads/warden-garments
Recommended but not necessary, Duncan legacy inspired textures: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/4602/
Installation: either drop the toolsetexport folder in override, or copy/paste/overrite the utc files in the Grey Wardens of Ferelden main file folder.
You need to start a new game/revisit and area by loading a previous save for the changes to take effect.
